PowerPoint Books
We can produce accompanying books to your presentation. Not only a 6 slides to a page printout for your use in speaking, but a book created in a publishing program suitable for your clients to take home and proudly display on a book shelf for future reference.
Training Manuals
We can create and produce Training Manuals in black/white or color and bind it in any one of a number of ways: comb binding, spiral binding, heat thermal binding, 3-ring notebooks, etc.
Data Conversion
We can take your raw data from a research project and convert it into a meaningful and easy-to-read graph or chart.
Focus Groups
We have a long and impressive history of quickly turning around focus group data (next day in most cases). We work from the raw audio (or video) tapes from the various groups and convert them into an easily read report with accompanying charts/graphs where applicable.
Meeting-In-A-Box
We created this concept about 15 years ago as a way for Consultants to free themselves of all the little things necessary to make a meeting happen and concentrate on just their presentation part of the package. We include everything needed: Hard copy packets, plain paper, acetates (if needed), pencils, pens, transparency pens, masking tape for hanging up visual created at the meeting, paper clips, even the already filled out FedEx form to transport the output back to this office for processing. When we send out a MIB we track its progress until it arrives as well as its tracking back to our office.
Newsletters
Many of our clients rely on us to create and publish their monthly newsletters. And while the overwhelming majority prefer to electronically publish via email, we are set up to print hard copies and mail them. The monthly offering is a wonderful, inexpensive way to keep your name upper-most in the conscious memory of the people you are trying to reach. Of course, your newsletter would be customized for you so as to reflect that special image you wish to project.
Banners
Sometimes a customized banner is just the little thing to complete the meeting package in your client's mind. Our banners are double laminated to withstand the impact of shipping.
Postcards
We can help you with one-time mailings such as the sort you would want to send to your clients announcing your new company or to alert your client base of an address change. This, of course, could be done either electronically or by US Postal Service.
